Comment According to Georgi Parpulov, this manuscript is part of a two-volume set together with Moscow, GIM Sinod. gr. 387 (Vlad. 224). Both manuscripts bear the scribal colophon of Georgios Pamphilos. See Parpulov, 'Six Scribes' (2017: 92, note 16): 'The fact that the two manuscripts form a pair was kindly pointed out to me by Prof. Erich Lamberz'.

He also suggests a terminus post quem for the manuscript production (idem, 97): 'The Panoply manuscript cannot be older than 1112 (which is the earliest possible date for the text it contains)'.

See also Parpulov, 'The Dogmatic Panoply' (2017: 431, note 10): 'This manuscript is now defective at the beginning, it may once have contained frontispiece miniatures like those in M and V [Moscow, GIM Sinod. gr. 387 (Vlad. 224) and Vatican City, BAV, Vat. gr. 666 - DBBE]'.
