Rhoby (2018: 336-337) considers Ioseph to be the patron of the manuscript, and not the scribe: 'Die hier vorgeschlagene Deutung der Rolle des in Vers 10 genannten Ioseph stützt sich auf die vermutlich kausale Bedeutung des Partizips τεύξαντα in Vers 11. Hierfür spricht nicht nur die prominente Stellung des Epigramms, die der gewöhnlichen Demut des byzantinischen Kopisten widerspricht, sondern auch der Umstand, dass Ioseph in der erwähnten anonymen Subskription auf f. 305r als Besitzer (Ἰωσὴφ τὸν πόθῳ κτησάμενον), nicht aber als Kopist des Codex genannt wird.' |
